In Stockholm Rosersberg, Vi Invest is planning Stockholms first indoor water park. With the site's proximity to the E4 highway and Rosersberg commuter train station, the Water Park will become an attractive tourist destination, generating new jobs and supporting the growth of Sigtuna Municipality. 

The water park will have 15-25 attractions. The project marks a significant investment in creating an innovative and attractive destination.

Enköping Municipality has signed a land allocation agreement with Vi Invest for a hotel on the "Statt" plot located in the center of the city, where the former principal hotel of the city was located. The ambition is to create a vibrant town center with a full-service hotel offering approximately 130 hotel rooms, restaurants, a bar & rooftop terrace, as well as retail spaces on the ground floor.
