Vi Invest AB

Vi Invest AB is a well-established group in the hotel and real estate industry. Founded by Martin Hosseini and Jounan Abboud, the company has been investing in, acquiring, and enhancing properties at Stockholm's most prestigious addresses since 1988.

Originally, the group focused on operating restaurants in prime locations, with its historic portfolio including establishments such as Victoria in Kungsträdgården, Crazy Horse, Lorrys, Las Vegas, and Biblos.

In 1998, the group shifted its focus by acquiring Hotel Bentleys on Drottninggatan. Since then, Vi Invest AB has grown to become a prominent player in the hospitality industry.
